200g frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 tbsp rolled porridge oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
200ml oat milk
FOR THE TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
Fresh blueberries
Sliced banana
Apple and almond granola
Freeze dried raspberries

Blueberry smoothie bowl

Add some colour to your breakfast with this cooling smoothie bowl, which is full of vitamins and fibre. Just pop all the ingredients in the blender and then add your favourite toppings. It's quick, easy and vegan-friendly friendly. The kids will love it!

  1. Place the frozen blueberries in a blender with the banana, porridge oats, vanilla extract and ice cubes. Pour in half the oat milk to get it moving and slowly add the rest of the milk. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash of cold water.

  2. Keep blitzing until the fruit and ice is broken down and you’ve achieved a smooth texture.

  3. Divide the smoothie between bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
