1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
10g chia seeds
1/2 tsp cacao nibs
150ml coconut milk drink
1 tsp maple syrup
TO SERVE
1 tsp coconut flakes, crumbled
1 dark chocolate square (90% cocoa), grated

Bounty overnight oats

The breakfast of dreams for bounty lovers. This make-ahead recipe combines cacao nibs, cocoa powder and chia seeds with dairy-free coconut milk and oats. The chocolate oats are then refrigerated overnight for an easy and fibre-packed breakfast the following morning.

  1. Mix together the porridge oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds and cacao nibs in a bowl. Stir in the coconut milk drink and maple syrup and pour into a jar or container.

  2. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with coconut flakes and a grating of dark chocolate. Garnish with fresh berries on the side.
