50g rolled porridge oats
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tsp coffee extract
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp ground sweet cinnamon
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
150ml semi-skimmed milk

Easy coffee overnight oats

Convenient, easy and super delicious. These creamy oats are flavoured with coffee and vanilla and spiked with cacao nibs and mashed banana. Just substitute oat, soya or coconut milk to make it vegan-friendly.

    1. Mix together the porridge oats, mashed banana, cacao nibs, coffee extract, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl. Stir in the milk and pour into a  jar or container.

    2. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with fresh berries.
